Mark is the President and CEO of Onlife Health. He joined Onlife Health in January 2015 as Vice President of Health and Wellness solutions, leading a team of sales professionals dedicated to defining and delivering innovative wellness solutions to employers and health plans. Mark has gained extensive healthcare experience through his work with AMC Health, Verizon Wireless, Healthcare Bluebook, Health Fitness Corporation, Healthways, General Motors, and Excellus BCBS.
He holds a master’s of business administration from State University of New York at Buffalo and a bachelor’s of arts in psychology and sociology from Muskingum College in Columbus, Ohio.
Matthew Redman was named senior vice president of customer experience in 2015, with oversight responsibility for account and implementation management, member services, clinical operations, coaching services and management of strategic projects. Redman has also held the positions of vice president of service delivery and vice president of account management with Onlife Health.
Previous to Onlife Health, Redman’s accomplishments include vice president of sales solutions, Medicare, exchange and commercial markets with Connextions and national vice president sales and account management, key accounts at Optum. Additionally, Redman served as a strategy and operations consultant, specializing in insurance and financial services.
Matt holds a degree in Psychology from Purdue University and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas Austin.
With more than 20 years of experience in sales, client management, marketing and product strategy, Leigh Ann serves as Vice President of Health and Wellness Solutions at Onlife Health. In her position, Leigh Ann is responsible for business development, leading the sales team at Onlife Health and building strategic relationships with employers and health plan clients nationwide.
She previously held executive business development positions with MDLIVE, Verizon and Healthways. A graduate of Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Leigh Ann serves on a number of local non-profit boards.
Arthur has responsibility for Business Development, Marketing, Product Development, and Informatics at Onlife Health. He joined Onlife in September 2014 bringing more than 21 years of leadership and expertise in marketing, health information technology, care management and mobile health. Arthur holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Portland State University and has a distinguished record of delivering innovative, fast-to-market and client-centric healthcare solutions.
Steve is the Vice President of Finance and joined Onlife Health in August 2012. Steve has an extensive background in healthcare and has previously worked for Healthways, Cigna, Healthsource Tennessee, and the Tenncare area of the State of Tennessee. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Kevin oversees Onlife’s global IT operations, including enterprise systems, software development, shared services, data services and integration team. With his in-depth background in developing and architecting enterprise-level software solutions, Kevin adds both technical depth and expertise to Onlife’s leadership team. Prior to joining Onlife in 2015, he was co-founder and chief technology officer of Callibrain, an employee engagement and social collaboration platform. He has held leadership and engineering roles at Juris (now LexisNexis) and PureSafety (now Underwriters Laboratories), and holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee.
Naomi is the HR Business Consultant for Onlife Health and has been with the company since January 2014.
Naomi has extensive expertise in transformational HR leadership, employee relations and dispute resolution, and employment and labor law. She has successfully implemented talent-acquisition strategies and HR process improvements for a number of leading organizations in the financial services, restaurant, specialty retail, and healthcare sectors.
Naomi holds a BA from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Her certifications include Lean Six Sigma and Leadership Development for HR Professionals. She is also a member of Middle Tennessee SHRM.
